A Series of Sharing Sessions by the Industry Liaison Office
The Industry Liaison Office (ILO), a division of NUS Enterprise, manages NUS' intellectual property and facilitates research collaborations between NUS and external parties. The series of sharing sessions aim to help NUS researchers better understand the significance of research-related topics such as:
- Invention Disclosures
- Patenting Policies
- Research Collaboration Agreement (RCA)
- Contract Research Agreement (CRA)
- Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA)
- Materials Transfer Agreement (MTA)
These sessions also aim to share relevant NUS policies, practices and related processes. The ILO team will address, amongst other pertinent topics, why research agreements and invention disclosures are important, when these should be initiatied, how to start the process and what are the outcomes to expect.

ILO officers will be present to answer the queries you may have, during these sharing sessions.
